We are so used to focusing on external support – diets, programs, products, supplements, etc. That we forget that the reason why we are 20-30lbs away from our goal in the first place is that we’ve never built up the habits, routines or rituals needed to be successful with our exercise and nutrition program.
So today I’ll make the case for starting by focusing on internal factors of weight loss in hopes to give you better long term results.
