There is no easy way everyone is looking for easy results. If you want money, get a credit card, if you want a relationship, jump on Tinder, you want to lose weight take a pill, take a powder, do this detox, wrap this stupid belt around your stomach.
I need you to realise that this is leading you to a dead end. You’re wasting time, you’re wasting effort, energy and wasting money.
I understand how scary it is wanting to rebuild your self-esteem and confidence and when you’ve failed these diets in the past you think it’s your fault; I’m not committed enough, no focused enough, I just can’t do it, maybe I’m just not good enough. And it’s not your fault.
You can pay a personal trainer 60-80 per hour and he’s gonna count to 10 while you do 10 squats and once the hour is up he’s like- Hey! your hours up. See you next week. He doesn’t support you in the in-between. There’s no support, there’s no coaching, no accountability, there’s no building habits, routines, and rituals, there’s no environment with likeminded people on the same path.
This is not easy, but if you’re willing to do the work then maybe this program is for you. But if you want another quick fix then it probably isn’t.
