Do I do keto, do I do Atkins, so do I do paleo, should I do intermittent fasting, whole 30, elimination diet? it just makes you feel more confused and more overwhelmed than ever.
You don’t know what the right path is, you have no clarity. And because you have no clarity you have no certainty and certainty drives action and action drives results. So, not only do you have an information problem, you have an implementation problem, you struggle to do the work each and every day because you don’t know if what you’re doing is working.
